For over 25 years, the Minnesota Waste Wise Foundation has helped thousands of organizations throughout the state minimize their impact on the environment and achieve cost savings through waste reduction, recycling, energy efficiency, and other sustainability initiatives.

Our Waste Wise program is focused on implementing or improving any number of waste reduction, recycling, and organics diversion activities through on-site consultations, waste bill analysis, education, and access to local grants. Businesses, non-profits, and multi-unit properties are eligible for free Waste Wise assistance in the seven county metro.

Our Energy Smart program is focused on assisting businesses in identifying energy and cost savings opportunities through free energy consultations, utility bill analysis, low or no-cost energy saving strategies, and utility rebates. Xcel Energy and CenterPoint Energy commercial customers are eligible for free Energy Smart assistance.
